Audit for 2013-14 financial year Guidelines
Required Documents for Audit as mentioned by the Audit Company:
- Vouchers for Expenses along with supporting documents/bills.
- Cash book, General Ledger, Cheque issue register and Cheque books for the period 2013-14.
- A Copy of previous year Audit report.(If Available)
- Updated Bank Statement/Passbook of RVM Account from 01.04.2013 to 31.3.2014 along with a Xerox copy of the same. (Pass Books of All Banks) and Newly opened SBI Account statement/Passbook along with copy of the same.
- All M.Books for Material Payments along with supporting bills (only in case of civil works).
- Presence of School Head Master or Principal is required during the audit process.
- UC for 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 in the prescribed proforma of RVM duly signed by the concerned as instructed by Project Officer, RVM(SSA), Visakhapatnam.
- School Head Master/ Person Incharge is required to report to the respective Mandal office on the Specified date of Audit.
- Due to the present scenario the Date of Audit may change, if any Changes are there you shall be intimated.
